Dr. Katsia M. Cadeau is an award-winning educator, community leader, author, and researcher with a passion for educational policy and leadership. With over a decade of experience in K-12 education and nearly two decades in higher education, she has dedicated her career to empowering students, teachers, and educational institutions.

Dr. Cadeau is a Full Professor of Education at St. Thomas University and the Program Director for the Institute of Education. She has spearheaded numerous academic programs, including teacher certification, leadership initiatives, and STEM education development. Her extensive research on classroom management, leadership styles, and STEM education has been presented at prestigious conferences and published in peer-reviewed journals.

Beyond academia, Dr. Cadeau is a motivational speaker and the founder of Edge Lead USA, Inc., where she continues to drive change through consulting, tutoring, curriculum development, and leadership training.
